We are so excited to be welcoming you back to school for our third term together in Year 5! We hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas break! Excitingly, this term we will be starting Ukulele lessons with a music teacher on a Tuesday afternoon!

PE

Our outdoor PE session will be on a Friday afternoon. As with the new arrangements, please ensure that your child arrives at school in their PE kit with a school jumper/cardigan/fleece on top. This includes:

• a plain white or blue t-shirt (round neck or polo type)
• school jumper/cardigan/fleece
• plain blue, back or grey leggings/joggers on colder days and plain blue, back or grey shorts on warmer days

Our indoor PE session will now be on a Monday afternoon so please also ensure your child is in their PE kit on a Monday as well. 

Homework

Spelling homework will be handed out on a Tuesday and expected back in the following Tuesday.

We also expect 25 minutes of Times Tables Rockstars to be completed a week and this will be checked on a Friday. If you do not have access to TTRS at home come and speak to Miss Bradshaw and we can sort something out.
